There is a force of love in this planet that is within all of us, HER. SHE goes by many names, Gaia, Shakti, Sophia, Danu, Pachamama or Mother Earth and she is within us, as is HE. Many are answering her call as it grows louder in them, through their inner feminine and as nature. We will explore together how she wishes to move through each woman, so that she can awaken within us, not only out of love for herself, but for other women, men, people & children.
From the moment of birth, many of us have experienced disconnect from our body, the feminine, mother, our human mother as well as HER, The Great Mother. We come as original innocence that is slowly forgotten through developmental & societal conditioning or buried deep due to acute loss, violence or abuse that has taken place in our lifetime(s) or in our lineage. It is a journey of dedication to find our way home to our original blueprint, before the suppression of the feminine forces of nature. SHE is calling us back home to embody the love that we already are.
We will be exploring themes that are a vital to an embodied, sovereign woman, no topic will be taboo as it is time for our full expression. We will be weaving in meditation, movement, voice opening, self-inquiry & ritual and embodiment as powerful gateways for transformation. The gathering as women has always been vital, but now in these times it is even more to allow the shifting tides of the new paradigm to come home.
What are the 3 core themes?
Session 1: Tuesday 26th July @ 6.30 UTC+1
Reclaiming Body & Lineage: Connecting to the Earth, our bodies, wombs, hearts and blood we will trace back to our own bloodline, our own lineage(s) to accept and clear any wounding, trauma, beliefs or patterns we may carry, particularly from our matriarchal line. In honouring them and reclaiming our heritage, we can stand rooted in our own wisdom, grace and power, our birthright as women.

Living in Gratitude & Abundance
During the Celtic Festival Lammas, honouring the sun, inner masculine & the wisdom of natural time, we give gratitude and celebrate the Abundance of fruits that are being harvested. Here we move with the dreaming & weaving with the abundance of life: home, family, community, resources, money are all interconnected with our feelings of gratitude and self-worth. By giving thanks for what we already have as well as what we will receive, we can share the joy of living abundantly through movement meditation and ritual.

Awakening Life Force & Sexuality:
Creating a sacred temple space, we explore the subtle yet profound ways of awakening the Kundalini, Life Force or Shakti Energy. Bringing the inner masculine and inner feminine into union within so that we can rewire or habitual patterns around sexuality. Sexuality is very much part of life, part of nature and it is the fundamental energy that drives us, not separate from Spirituality, Creativity or life force as it is all the one unified energy when cultivated for our inner healing and awakening.
