We will explore practices that involve body meditation, touch, breath, sound and movement that will free our minds and bodies, allowing us to connect to our pleasure. Through this we can explore how to enjoy being in our bodies, creating new neural pathways that allow us to rewire traumatic or addictive patterns. Freeing us up to step into our full sexual sovereignty.

‘Yoni’ is the Sanskrit word for the female genitals, meaning ‘sacred space’ or ‘temple’. In ancient traditions, our yonis were worshipped for their life-giving abilities, however in our culture today we have lost this sense of honour and reverence for this amazing part of our bodies.

This will be a safe, loving and guided space where women will be fully clothed and welcomed to explore at their own pace. This is open to women who are born or identify as women.

Bring with you water, journal and a pen, as well as any sacred items that you wish to place on the altar (you can collect them at the end).

Wear comfortable, loose clothing that you can move freely in and feel good in

Santosa Yoga has a wonderful cafe upstairs that serves delicious vegetarian food so that you can pre-order a mouth watering lunch.
