Would you like to explore the sacred wombiverse that is inside you? Would you like to be inspired with practices of embodying ritual and celebrate the wonder of radical care? Are you experiencing challenges with infertility, menstruation or menopause and would like to heal your womb?
We will begin the day with a sacred womb healing ceremony that will include healing ritual and embodiment practices to honour our wombs and ourselves as women or "womb carriers". By honouring womb and yoni spaces, we also honour mother nature and connect to ourselves in a new, wholesome and juicy way, Yoni in Sanskrit means sacred space, birth place, home or source. Taking time out to clear an dissolve our ancestral, developmental or cultural patterns we can allow our inner creativity, sexuality and life force to thrive. This is an invitation to allow yourself to be held in sacred space and go into your own sacred space within, bringing a renewed sense of self as with the change of the seasons and cycles.

"It is our birthright as women to honour our bodies, our wombs, our cycles as we are inherently linked with the earth and the moon, bringing us back to wholeness with each breath" Firetree
Gathering as women can be a very powerful yet gentle force for healing, inspiration and connection, a safe and gentle way to explore our inner being. We will honour the divine feminine within us all, with Ix Cacao as our guide to journey deep into the roots of Mother Earth and reconnect with our own roots. We will use women's herbs, sound, movement and breath to cleanse, sooth, reinvigorate and awaken our feminine essence.
*Optional Cacao Medicine
*If you have completed the Cacao Alchemy Level One online course or have previous training or experience of preparing Ceremonial Cacao for Ceremony. You are welcome to do so for the morning portion of the retreat.
Ix Cacao is known as the "food of the gods" and has been used by Mayan, Aztec and Inca tribes for thousands of years for ceremonial purposes. As a potent healer, this medicine helps us to open our hearts, connect with our inner wisdom and creativity so that we can dissolve our blockages and create new pathways into being. Ix Cacao brings us grounding into our bodies and can help us open up to feeling and sensing more deeply. Mama Cacao is a very feminine and creative medicine so she will help us to explore in a soft yet powerful way.
Cacao is likely to make you feel more alive from the inside in a gentle, loving way. This is due to the effects of the many stimulating, warming and feel good natural chemicals it contains. Please be aware that this may keep you awake for a few hours after the ceremony, however most people find they want to rest very shortly afterwards as it takes them quietly within.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding it is very healthy and a potent time for you and your baby, a smaller dose is recommended. Your baby will tell you :-). Please let us know so we can ensure that we create the right mix for you.
Contraindications: This medicine does not mix well with anti-depressants or anti-pyschotics. Please talk to us if you have any doubts such as heart or blood pressure.
Preparation
To prepare the physical body some preparation and cleansing is recommended . This mostly involves refraining from dairy, alcohol and caffeine for 3 days, most importantly for 24hours before and after the ceremony.
Set up a sacred space in your home with an altar, a nest (yoga mat, cushions, blankets, speakers, journal, water and whatever you will need for your own comfort. It is advised that you request from those that you live with to not be disturbed for the duration of the retreat. Observing noble silence and unplugging from communications is recommended where possible and having a pre-prepared light lunch.
It is also advised if you can plan for a restful evening after the ceremony, although it won't affect your daily activities, there is still some processing happening at a physical and emotional level for a few days.
Also consider your intention for this ceremony, what do you wish to invite in, let go of or ask help with? Intentions are very useful tools for communicating with our womb space and creating an anchor for us to focus throughout the ceremony. It can be precise or unpolished, just give it some thought and if it comes in the moment, that is fine too.

Firetree is very blessed to have the support of a Celtic Spirituality Elder and native Old Irish Speaker, Phyllida Anam-Aire.
This particular path facilitates an accelerated approach to healing and ceremonial work. In this time of rapid change and the impact on the earth as well as its inhabitants, a new approach is needed that is infused with the great wisdom of these ancient traditions.
Firetree facilitates meditations, women's circles, Cacao ceremonies and workshops for women across the world, including Moon Circles, Red Tent, Sacred Sexuality and Wild Woman over the years. Her deep connection with nature, spirit and the divine feminine has always given her a deep roots. Empowering women through holding sacred space, reconnecting them to the cycles of the moon, menstruation, the earth and womb space. Her practices often have a strong celtic influence due to her Irish roots as well as combining techniques from Shamanic practices and Sacred Sexuality.
