This is a nourishingly sensual day for for women of all ages who would like to awaken their pure feminine essence and sexuality, let go of conditioned sexual patterns, love their bodies; connect to their pleasure, create healthy relationship, ignite their creative potential and open to the sacredness of their being. This is deeply experiential which will leave you feeling embodied, inspired and empowered.
We will work with sacred practices throughout the day to allow us to soften, open up and connect more deeply with our pleasure body, heart, womb and yoni spaces. Working with touch to dissolve any old patterns around our scars, imperfections, lumpy bits as well as any memories that are held under the skin. Bringing love from our hearts, through our finger tips, bringing love and pleasure to places where we may have once held pain or armour.

We will explore practices that involve body meditation, breath, sound and movement that will free our minds and bodies, allowing us to connect to our pleasure. Through this we can explore how to enjoy being in our bodies, creating new neural pathways that allow us to rewire traumatic or addictive patterns. Freeing us up to step into our full sexual sovereignty. Using the power of touch, we will explore how to open and awaken our own bodies, and how it can be a deeply safe way to explore this in a sacred space with women only.
‘Yoni’ is the Sanskrit word for the female genitals, meaning ‘sacred space’ or ‘temple’. In ancient traditions, our yonis were worshipped for their life-giving abilities, however in our culture today we have lost this sense of honour and reverence for this amazing part of our bodies.
This will be a safe, loving and guided space where women will be fully or partially clothed and welcomed to explore at their own pace. This is open to women who are born or identify as women.
Bring with you water, journal and a pen, as well as any sacred items that you wish to place on the altar (you can collect them at the end).
Wear comfortable, loose clothing that you can move freely in and feel good in. Bring a Sarong, Robe or other item to be worn as a veil should you wish to disrobe more.
Santosa Yoga has a wonderful cafe upstairs that serves delicious vegetarian food, you can place your order in advance on arrival.
