Dear Women,
This is an invite for you to connect with your womb, as well as your ancestors, including your mother, grandmother and beyond with the help of Cacao medicine, a powerful ally for deep inner work.
We will explore our mother and ancestral wounds, dissolving that which does not serve us and loving our inner child. As well as inviting the light of the wisdom that connects our wombs to the women in our ancestral line. This wisdom and these wounds shine a light on the power that we hold within us and stepping forward into the next 6 months and beyond with a new perspective.
What is involved?
We use breath and sound to clear your chakras, womb cultivation practices to open and clear your womb space, a guided journey with the drum, followed by some rest. This allows you to explore at your own pace and have some time to reflect with the medicine.
About the medicine
Mama Cacao is a potent healer, this medicine helps us to connect with our inner wisdom and creativity so that we can dissolve our own blockages and create new pathways into being. Cacao is particularly helpful for womb and heart activation, opening up the channels and connecting to our ancestors.
Cacao is likely to make you feel more alive from the inside in a gentle, loving way. This is due to the effects of the many stimulating, warming and feel good natural chemicals it contains. Please be aware that this may keep you awake for a few hours after the ceremony.
Preparation
To prepare the physical body some preparation and cleansing is recommended and full details will be sent in advance. This will mostly involve refraining from dairy, alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours.
